"My Initial Experience on the Website"
This was my initial experience on the website, and I came across what I believed was a pullover I had previously seen at M&S, but it wasn't in my size back then. I've learned that some suppliers to retailers often replicate the trendy designs using different fabrics. Nonetheless, I'm quite pleased with the pullover I purchased and had no issues navigating the Secret Label site, which I find to be a brilliant concept.

"Great Customer Support"
I got myself some Autograph jeans. They showed up fast, but I sent 'em back the very same day (kept an eye on their trip with Royal Mail). I had to follow up on the refund, but it was handled quickly and courteously once I reached out.
